try net time /querysntp. That displays the currently configured NTP server.

Peter, thanks for your answer. I try what you say "net time /querysntp" , but it says "The actual value of sntp is: time.windows.com,0x1" and did't change the clock time. Have you another option to do it permanently ? Hanss Flores

I asked you to try that to see if the computer was set to sync with another time server. It isn't so I don't know why it is changing by itself. You will have to look around to see if there is a batch file or utility or something that is doing that.
If you want to set the machine to sync then type "net help time" (no quotes) for the syntax, but to repeat what I said above, maybe something else is changing it also. You should really try to find out why it is changing now.
