What do you want to happen when the server is restarted? Do you want a running report an email notification, what?

You could easily create a script to do one or both of those things and then use task scheduler to run the script at start up.

Systeminfo will certainly give you that information but might give you more than you want. You can also use the uptime tool. Uptime.exe

goto local policy, configure startup scripts, configure a batch file to send you a email + blat (command line email program)

This way the batch file will run at bootup (not login)
