Do you have a Logon Script?
Is the Printer a Local Printer or a Print Server Printer?

I would just map the printer in their logon script so that all users or user of the administrator group get it mapped every time they login.

Just add a line like this....

ADDPRINTERCONNECTION ("\\MyPrintServer\Thenameoftheprinter")
