I have an issue were a user logs onto the Terminal server remotley and has a printer assigned to there local computer, but only there username and administrators can see the printer, i want to change the default permissions so that when they log on everytime, every user can see the printer, how do i do this?

Do you have a Logon Script?
Is the Printer a Local Printer or a Print Server Printer?I would just map the printer in their logon script so that all users or user of the administrator group get it mapped every time they login.
Just add a line like this....
ADDPRINTERCONNECTION ("\\MyPrintServer\Thenameoftheprinter")
