Changed all users and admin pssword

Hi yesterday i changed the admin and user passwords on the server (25 in total), last night the backup didnt start, i'm just wondering if this has anything to do with the change of passwords were using Veritas and its never been a problem before until we changed the passwords, any help much appreciated

Doubtful. Did you review the logs to see why the backup didn't run?

Look what account the Veritas service is using. Should be in the properties of the service within the Services MMC.

Sure it can cause this since the backup is configured normally with the admin username and password, you have to modify the job by replacing the old PW in the backup config.

Easy. Open Computer Management, Services, right click each service stating with BackupExec, properties, logon acct, change password for each service, reboot. Yes, there's an easier way somewhere in the program itself, but I haven't done it successfully yet.
