change from DHCP to static

Go to Control Panel and open the Network Connections applet. Right-click your Local Area Connection and select properties. There should be a TCP/IP entry in the list - double click it. A properties page will be displayed. Change the IP and DNS entries to "Use the following..." and fill in all the fields with the information you have above.
you do not need the DHCP server setting above and you can only enter 2 DNS server entries.
The changes may require a restart.

Well actually you can shove in as much as you want.
Go on your TCP/IP settings then on the Advanced features, then on the DNS tab, and here you go.
