Do u want to prepare a new domain controller??

or do u want to reinstall the existing one???

actualy when you promote a domain cont, then you can not change the NetBios name thats y u can not change the domain name.
u can take back up of exiting AD and reinstall the server and again install the AD

after insatlling server then run dcpromo
insatll DNS and DHCP services
and restore the AD
