Interesting problems here. Simple setup... DSL modem to Router. Router branches to an FTP and File Server. File server connects to switch and rest of users. FTP server can ping router and file server and has internet. File Server cannot ping FTP server or router but yet has internet.? Is this possible?

Also, FTP services seem to be not flowing through my Win-SBS2003 server. I can connect out from any workstation, but nothing is coming back. All filtering and firewalls are off - as far as I am aware.

Any thoughts?

Rob C.

Sure, the firewall is blocking ICMP packets..
