Can't install W2003 on IBM NetVista

Is there anyone try to install W2003 Enterprice on IBM NetVista M Serie P4 2.0Ghz 521 MbRAM. I can't install because of error:"A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer. SESSIONS3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED. Stop: 0x0000006F" after booting CDROM. My PC is running properly with W2000 Advance Sever and XP Pro. There is no problem on W2003 installing with other kinds as Compaq, Dell... Please help me. Thank you in advanced!

i'm using windows server 2003 on a HP Pavilion. well, it works great. your copy of windows server 2003 is corrupted, try to download again from microsoft web site.

Thank you for reply. But I said that my W2003 copy working well with some others kinds, HP, Compaq and Dell. I don't know if I have to format the harddisk by DOS first???

all you have to do is to insert the win2k3 CD and boot from the CD. and format using NTFS.

I have the same exact problem on my IBM netvista, The win2k3 installs perfectly on my other pc (not an ibm) Any help???? i have already formated on ntfs..

Look in the bios for something called virus protection or something close to that and turn it off and try again that might be the problem
