Can't find NETWORK SERVICE account

I am trying to fix an error I am getting on my domain controller and I found an article from Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=332097) that tells how to fix it. The only problem is it want me to add the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE account to some folders and give it full permissions but I don't have that account in my active directory. I have looked high and low and it is no where. If anyone has had this problem help me out.

That won't work. You need to change where the search is being performed. Instead of Active Directory search the Local Machine. "Computer security." — Oxymoron
