I have two terminal servers, both have a similar application load. On one I can browse the Internet and use the clipboard function on the other I can't. IE security is not installed on either and the clipboard function is not disabled either.

What happens when you try to browse the internet? Page can't be displayed? or internet explorer doesn't open?

The issue was AVG 8. I disabled the web filtering and everything returned to normal.
