CPU/Ram: p4 4 gbs ram

ok, i cant access login.exe, i get this error windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. any ideas on how to access this?

sorry forgot to add, im trying to run it as admin.

what is the error message you get (EXCACTLY MESSAGE)?

to logon as admin in windows server 2003 you have to type in the user name: administrator and than the password, admin as name will not work

this is the error.

windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

im logged in as administrator.
