Hello,
I have Windows 2003 on HP server. The problem is what sometimes Windows start blacklisting some of LAN IP addresses and not at once it's randomly... After that I can't use any of services on Windows from that computers and I just change client IP everything works fine...
On the server side I can ping blocked IPs, but I can't ping any of my NIC ip or 127.0.0.1
Windows firewall is turned off. No 3rd party firewalls...
