cannot log on to my server

Have you forgotten your Local Admin password, or your Domain password?

yeah you can always log into a local account even if the domain doesn't work

The problem that we don't know the local domain. we have boot from safe mode but didn't work.

The logon for the Domain should have been cached. Do you not have network connectivity that you can access the User accounts through computer management?
