I just replaced a computer in a workgroup. All the settings seem to be the exact same as the old computer. I now cannot access our servers or connect to exchange. I can ping them fine with no problem. I even added the server and IP to the host file. Any help would be great.

How are you assigning IP addresses to your client machines? What does ipconfig show on the problem computer?
It's been almost ten years since I worked with Exchange, but I believe the computer needs to be authenticating to the Domain (not in a Workgroup) in order to connect to Exchange.

The computer needs to be part of the Domain if you want Domain/AD connectivity. If it must be outside of the domain then it will need domain credentials that the Exchange server resides on in order to talk to ANY domain resources.
