Can RDP be reinstalled

I have two Windows 2003 servers that can't be accessed via RDP. Trend wants me to reinstall RDP, is this even possible?

That link doesn't reference Windows 2003, this issue is not with the client but the server portion. I can't connect, I can bring up the client with no problems.
