I have Windows 2003 AD with DNS 1 server, 1 SQL and 1 exchange 2003 server. Does it has any effect if I change IP address on windows 2003 server?

Better make sure if it's the DC you're changing your DNS records are all changed correctly. Otherwise, your domain is going DOWN!
