If I have a 2003 DC and seperate 2003 Exchange server. I want to setup a 2008 server in the domain & put exchange on it. In order to run/install Exchange07, do I need to make it the 2008 Server a DC?

It appears that the answer is yes, according to that site. However, I wonder if running both on the same server is really a good idea.
