Blue Screen or lock up on copy

Hi, My server runs windows 2003, for some reason everytime i copy a large ammount of files to my server from somewhere on the network it will either blue screen adn restart or just completly lock up. What could be causing this? Darren Thanks,

to increase the page file/VM go to system properties/advanced/settings/advanced/change.To test ram, remove one at a time until you get the error.
