Dear Friends,

kindly help me with the following issue...

i have local server with applications/DHCP and some shared drives with name : server.abc.local1

AD in corp domain name : ab.ab.ab.com2

trust relationship between above both 1 & 2 servers has been removed.

vista clients are not able to map drives of local server1, err msg :trust relationship failed between both domains"

in present below mentioned way i'm mapping drives of localserver1 to vista.

1.my computer=>right click==>map network drive.
2.Drive : z
3. folder : \\serverip\sharedfoldername
4.connect using , a different username
5.dialog box opens as connect as
6. username = administrator@server.abc.local1
7.password = xxx

then mapping works.

kindly help to create batch file for above mentioned proecedure.

If I understand you correctly, mapping the drive works as administrator & not as the user. If that's the case, it's a permissions problem. Give the users permissions to the mapped drive on the server. Map the drive once & it should stay mapped.
