Backup Win2k3 DC w/ Roaming Profile

Folks I run a small network of 15 users on a Windows 2003 Domain Controller. The users have roaming profiles and all their documents are stored in these profiles.
I need to have a backup in place for my DC. The backup needs to consider all the files stored in the Roaming Profile as well.
So what do you all suggest!!!

Include the folder that contains all the user profiles in the backup set. Ensure all users log off at the end of the day to avoid having open files which can't be backed up.
