Hello,
Now that GRISOFT has restricted their AVG program to XP or earlier OS's, is anyone using a freeware Anti Virus Program, that is comparable to AVG by GRISOFT?

It's not restricted to "earlier" versions. It's restricted to client OS's. For example, FreeAVG is still free for Vista.
