autorecovered deleted user folders

CPU/Ram: 4gb

The previous chap who ran our server set up roaming profiles, with a user drive, in this drive they can create their own folders and store files. Which is not a problem, but when the user deletes files and folders in this area, logs off then back on the folder etc are autorecovered, when we dont want them to, any help would be appreciated

?

Setup a share for each user to store his/her data, separate from the roaming profile folder.

Use a home directory, instead of a roaming
profile, for something like this.
