Can i make my windows 2003 server to do an auto restart to it self by a specific time? lets say at 12 am?

A server shouldn't require regular rebooting. In fact, with a bit of luck, you shouldn't ever have to reboot or shut your server down - period.
What is going on that you require regular reboots like this? Best to address and fix the problem than to just use a workaround.

I agree with the above, but if you do need to do this, whilst working on a fix, look up PSTools it has a handy shutdown tool, which you can time (in seconds)

You can create a batch file using shutdown /r Add this to your scheduled tasks and you should be good to go.

Depends also on your security strategy. If you patch your servers monthly, you may not have a choice but reboot, but that's obviously unrelated to this topic.
