Application server mode problem

I wanted to install some software on Windows Server 2003 Std. Edition but I get this message "This machine is running Terminal Services in Application Server Mode.Applications are not available to install from network in this mode."
Please let me know how do I change it to Install mode. Any information on this modes thing is also welcome.
