May I know is there any tools for NTFS permissions reporting? Said it can tell us how many permission sets exist under a folder (includes subfolders and files), and what subfolders/files are under each permission set...etc. Thanks a lot!

You need something for permissions reporting, right ? I've heard good things about scriplogic's stuff. For such tasks they have enterprise security reporter. Take a look at their site www.scriptlogic.com for more info - I'm sure you'll find all necessary information about this tool. I just had a brief look at the description - sounds like it's exactly that you are searching for.
