I am reading my server 2003 book for class and i am currently at the allow anonymous access portion and am confused. So this will allow a share to be accessed by anonymous people? Like not members of a domain or something to that nature? Why would you want a resource to be accessed by just anyone?

Well I was reading that If you have IIS installed and are hosting a website this could be an option to allow people to view your website but is that all this would be good for?

www.wikipedia.com is a very good informational site.
The computing.net forums are more of Help Sites, not so much for teaching.
