We just got a copier that I wanted to log on to our Domain Controller (Server 2003). I could not log on, so I googled around and found that SMB Packet and Secure Channel Signing needs to be disabled in the Group Policy Object Editor. I did just that, rebooted the server, and now the Administrator DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS to the policy editor any more!!!
What did I do wrong? How can I re-gain access? Anything?
Oh, by the way, the copier still cannot log on to the server...

I should have used Linux in the first place...

Not sure about your problem with the policy editor but is the copier by chance a Fiery (xerox)? Depending on version they have their own problems to get working.
As to the other problem does absolutly everything else work for administrator? Check for the account in the admin groups.
