One of my customers has disabled the admin account, I've tried many things to resolve this issue and have been unsuccessful. I've tried NTCrack, logging in safe mode etc. Anybody have any ideas?

The Default Admin account cannot be disabled. Can you access the server through Computer Management and actually look at the Local Users and Groups?

no because all of the other users are not admin. I have a feeling that one user played around with their system and modified something. I assume it's disabled or locked because ntcrack tells me so.

Do you have the machine connected to the network so that you can access it remotely?

Are you running AD? What happens if you try and connect to that computer via Computer Management?

I'd Say try eather herin's boot cd or Spotmau boot cd, herin's boot disk has the ablity to enable the account, spotmau i'm pretty sure does the same thing(not exactly sure since I've never had to do that) but it also shows you what accounts are installed on the comp aswell
Things you don't want to hear your Network Administrator say: 1.Wow....that seemed fast..... 2.I cleaned up the root partition and now there's lots of free space. 3.What's this "any" key I'm
