I've one PDC and an additional DC in a win2k3 domain.
There is a file server too.
User Home Directories are mapped as a drive to \\fileserver\users\user1
I was wondering Is there a way two have a backup file server? so that it has an exact replica of main file server and in case of failure of main file server it takes place of it within minutes.

Computing.net is a great support and resource, it should support linking a post to multiple boards the way experts-exchange do (I know thats a paid one).
You are one of most active ones on computing.net, thanks for the effort and contribution.
