Hey,

By defult Windows 2003 Server enables the Password Complecity Requirments.

To change this go into active directory, double click on your site.local, click on the group policy tab, Double click on Default Domain Policy.

Now expand windows settings (under computer configuration)
Expand security settings
Expand Account Policy
Expland Password Policy
Disable the policy "Password must meet complexity requirements"

And now your all set!

Thanks
Sam
