Hello,
I have been having trouble with windows sever 2003 service pack 1. when i tried to add user in order to access the sharing folder,in "Advanced..." button, it appeared this message "The advanced page cannot be opened because of following error: The server is not operational."

I'm trying to assign permissions for user, for example: I created a folder name "Marketing Department" and right click on that folder--> click "Sharing and Security..." --> click "Share this folder"-->"permissions"--> "Add.."--> and when i click "Advanced.." it appeared this message "The advanced page cannot be opened because of following error: The server is not operational." what's it cause from? how can i handle it?
