Newb Question: I've always added new domains using the default ip address without any problems. I've added a new domain and I was assigned a dedicated IP by my ISP to use for it. I added the domain as usual, and used the assigned dedicated IP as the IP in the Add New Website/Domain function of IIS.
The website does not work with these new IP addresses, but only works with the original default IP address.
Am I forgetting to do something? Do I need to 'install' these new IP's to my server perhaps?
This is the error I get when trying to access it from the web:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "No route to host"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, contact your network support team.

Any help would be appreciated.

A way to get rid of this problem is another network card. So that 1 of them can have the default and the other can have the new one.
But maybe you should look in the IIS to see is somewhere the IP address written down.

Don't forget that.
