Just install a win2003 domain, how do i install the active directory users and computers to my winXP workstation??

You have to promote the server to a DC by running dcpromo.

Curt may be right, but if you're looking to install the add-in on a Client machine, run mmc and select File, Add/Remove Snap-in

oh oops! I guess I shouldn't answer questions prior to that first cup of coffee in the morning. I missed the part where he wants it installed on an XP client.

I'd recommend installing the Windows 2003 Administration Tools Pack instead.
