activate license component missing

HI, I have researched adding licenses to sbs 2003 and all seem to be saying add through the add license component - except it is not there! I researched this and it seems that maybe my sbs instsallation did not complete, I dont know how that could have happened as I did not cut anything short. So, how can I add licenses? How can I add the component? If i stick the 2003 disc in (there is only 1) will it cgive me options after i click on install sbs 2003? I real;y dont want to have to start again - Thanks
