I feel this may be a domain problem but thought this is the best place to post this message.
I have recently added a 2003 server to my NT4 domain. the 2003 server is the DC and the NT4 boxes are running as BDC's. I can have several users logged on to the domain and what i have noticed is throughout the day they will be reauthenticated on resources and such. Sometimes during that reauthentication it will fail and lock the user account. I have played with the lockout settings and have not been able to find an acceptable setting to the system. I find that i have to set the invalid attempts to be to high for any real security to be used. I see this on users that are on win98se workstations.
Looking for any suggestions and thanks in advance.
