Hi,

I am having issues remote accessing a server 2003 box. It was originally configured as a Routing and Remote Access, but has since been moved inside a firewall. I can access all services from inside the lan but from outside the Lan all ports appear filtered. I have checked that the port forwarding is set up correctly. Everything works fine withing the LAN but nothing works from outside. Also the windows firewall is disabled and RRAS has also been disabled.

Any ideas?

If you are using RDP to connect to the server make sure the rdp ports are open in the router. You have to do this in the router.

Are you ready for where Microsoft wants you to go today?
