In my domain (w2k3 Server), I have an XP workstation (and in this workstation)when I log in with Administrator Account and want to make changes like: Desktop Property changes, Control Panel changes, Local machine administration, Local Group Policy editing, etc. a small window simply pops up saying: "You do not have permission to perform this operation. Access is denied" I even went to the ADUC in the w2k3 D.C and assign the XP adminisrator all the necessary administrators right including Enterprise Admin right. But still no way. What could be the way out please?

The administrator account I mean is an additional admin account I created on the local XP machine (not the default system administrator account) named admin2, and this admin2 has been as well entered in the D.C's Active Directory Users and Computers with all the Administrators privileges. Also in the Local XP machine admin2 has been assigned all the Local administrators right
