Hopefully someone is able provide me with an answer. I have a Windows Server 2003 server promoted as DC, 2 Windows Server 2003 as member server and a few windows XP clients. I logon to the DC as administrator and I am sure I have the Domain Admin and Enterprise Admin privillege. When I try to remotely manage the clients, accessing computer management through MMC snapins, I get access denied error message. When i try to manage the DNS Servers( Windows Server 2003 Member Server 1 and 2) from DC, i get access denied too. However I can manage the DNS Server locally at DC. No firewall or whatsoever security products installed. It is just weird that an Administrator is not able to manage computers and servers remotely. Please help. Thanx!

Have you tried connecting using terminal services client or remote desktop? If not, try that (logging in with a domain admin account) and see if you can't administer the servers remotely that way.
If you still can't, then I suspect you have some kind of policy or GPO preventing the access.
