accesing ftp

i configure the ftp server but then i can't connect from the internet... i get the username or password incorrect message. i've set an annon account and the ip address. what else is necessary? (also... i want the ip address from my web server to update automaticaly. i want to use my dyn dns... is it possible? )

In IIS - Ftp Server Tab, Right Click, Then Properties, Click Permissions, Select Add, Create a User for FTP usage, Register this user in Permissions TAB.
