2k3 and 2k Domain Controllers

Hi All,
I have two servers, the first being a Windows Server 2000 x86 the Second being WIndows Server 2003 R2 x64. I have ran the adprep utility on the 2k server - which after running the Inetorgpreventperson fix completed succsully. However, when I try and create the domain controller on the 2k3 server I get an error saying that the Active Directory forest is not compatible and that I need to run adprep, if I attempt to re-run adprep it tells me it is already done.
