i am having some strange printing problems on 2 windows 2003 server's.
every thing seems to work fine other than ramdom printer errors.
the users connect to the server from thin clients though TS and log directly on the the server/domain controler.

there is 2 error messages that keep on poping up.
the first,
EVENT id: 61
"The document mhtml:mid://00000015/ owned by carol failed to print on printer hp business inkjet 1100 by Judy. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 5. Access is denied."

This error will pop up affter printing to the same printer fine. the user has full access to the printer.

they also get
Event ID: 61
"The document To Do List.xls owned by charlotte failed to print on printer HP Business Inkjet 1200 by Charlotte. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 0. The operation completed successfully."

but is doesnt print.

this is happning on 2 server that have no links to each other at all.
both dont have sp1 installed, although we did try sp1 on one of the server to try and fix the problem but we reloaded the server trying to fix the printing problem.

both sites are using hp Business 1100's and 1200's
one site has the latest drivers and the other has drivers from the original cd.

Any help on would be fantatic
