2003 server hard drives

I am using 2003 server trail version.
I have 4 eide hard drives on this system. All are fat32.
My computer only shows drive c: The drives DO show up in the bios If I boot to windows98 I can see all drives.
Any clue why I cant access these drives while in 2003 server?

Go into your Control Panel and then double click on the Administrative Tools and then double click on Computer Management when the Computer Management is open click on the storage and then click on the disk management
