Comment:

We have two domains, domain A is a NT Domain with one Domain Controller. Domain B is a 2003 Server domain with one Domain Controller running AD. I have managed to create a Two-way trust for these domains. From the NT Domain I can connect to and manage the users on the Server 2003 box, but I am unable to do the same from the 2003 domain to the NT domain. Until we buy the second server and software we have to be able to grant permissions for NT Domain Users to access certain folders on the 2003 box. How can I resolve this, am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you are first of all setup in your 2003 domain as "mixed mode". Also, your restrictanonymous value on your DC's and file servers is set to 0 or 1, not 2. Finally, check to be sure your 2003 domain allows for authentication protocols that NT4 supports.
