OK, I have two of the same kind of hard drives. And one is from another computer. And the other is for this one. And I want to hook the one from the other computer on to this and transfer files from one hard drive to the other. (just like pictures) the HD from the other computer has XP Pro, this one Has Windows 2003. I have been trying forever to get them hooked up to where i can be on my Windows 2003, and just goto my computer and access the other HD and just move a few files. Can anyone help me and tell me how to get this setup so I can do this. Thank you.

Install the drive as a slave. Start windows and click start then run and then paste diskmgmt.msc into the run box. Once in diskmanagment give the drive a letter and you should be done.
