XSL Transforms not working

Just began to dabble in XML again after migrating from Win95 to Win2k and I now find that my XSLT's don't work anymore. As I recall, I had to run a program in Win95 to setup msxml3 in order for the transforms to work properly, but this doesn't appear to be necessary in Win2K. All of the mshtml/xml appear to be in place in WINNT\system32:
