I have got the following message:
xmnt2000 program not found, skipping AUTOCHECK
Tis appear when I run Windows2000?
What's whit that?

xmnt2000 shows up when I run PartitionMagic to resize a partition. Do you have partitionMagic on yours system?

In reply to Earl, I`m getting the same error message and I have Partition Magic 6..the Winnt and win2k version

this problem also appears to me, but unistalling partition magic and continue this error how can solve????

I have the same message:
xmnt2000 program not found, skipping AUTOCHECK?
I have win2k and winme, and, PM6.0.
Please help me

After uninstalling Partition Magic Pro 6.0 (Build 242)I still get this message xmnt 2000 Not Found Autocheck skipped. My OS boots up fine after this, but I the autocheck still won't run.

I've got the same configuration - win2k & PQMagic 6.0 - and i 've got the same message to "xmnt2000... "
Is there anybody who's got the solution ????

I also get "xmnt2000 program not found, skipping AUTOCHECK" when I try (unsuccessfully) re-size a partition using PartitionMagic (part of ServerMagic).
Has anybody fixed this? I also have Diskeeper for defragmentation, is this a source of conflict?

Ok Folks,
i've had the same problem as the rest of you, and just found a solution. Goto the following website:
http://confignt.hardware.ru/download.htm
(yes i know it isn't english, i have no idea what is says either)download the 2.5MB zip file which contains xmnt2000.exe. Extract xmnt2000.exe to the
winnt\system32 directory. reboot..and yer problems shall be solved. any questions please email me.

Hi
i went to the site but i could not find xmnt 2000.exe
could you tell were it is please
thanks
frank

I have found a way to fix this problem through the registry. First, run regedt32 and
go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Session Manager
look for: BootExecute, click on this value, then edit.
You may see something like this:
autocheck xmnt2000 /bat=D:\WINNT\System32\PQ_BATCH.PQB /dbg=D:\WINNT\System32\PQ_DEBUG.TXT /ver=262144 /prd=PartitionMagic
autocheck autochk *remove anything else from this key. It should look like this:
autocheck autochk *
Then reboot your machine.
Win2000 will now boot normally without that
'xmnt200 program not found..skipping AUTOCHK'

sorry, i dont´t speak english
die Datei für den Fehler xmnt200 gibt es auf dem folgendem URL: http://members.tripod.com/confignt/download.htm
OK, ciao

ok every one,
the link above didn't work when i tried it but this one did...
http://www.manuels-welt.de/xmnt2000.zipdid anyone find the support at powerquest regarding this problem anyhelp? i don't understand why they didn't just put the file up on their site... anyway, hope this solves all your problems

Use the I5COMP utility ( http://pagina.netc.pt/~mq34256a/i5comp21.zip ) to extract XMNT2000.exe from PartitionMagic / ServerMagic installation (file data1.cab) and place it in the system32 directory.
Example: "i5comp e d:\ppm6\windows\setup\data1.cab xmnt2000.exe c:\winnt\system32\xmnt2000.exe"

could someone PLEEEEAASEEE send me xmnt2000.exe?? im gettin' real pissed off that i cant find it anywhere and nothing i've tried worked. .. thanx
