It will work ok but slowley more memory will help lots so think about adding more If possible even though it is a laptop

I installed it and it runs fine. I did look up the min. sys requirements, but I was more of less wondering if those were rediclous requirements (i.e. 4Mb RAM and a 386 for win95, and 64Mb. RAM for WinXP) Sorry that I didn't reply sooner, been busy. 96Mb. is the max that that laptop supports (it had 32Mb. when I got it, lol). Thanks!
