I have WIn98se work stations connected to a single Win2000 Sever. A few of my w/s will loose there connections to the server. Logging off and then back on wil allow the connections to reconnect. W/s must be shut down and rebooted to reconnect. Ihave checked w/s setups against other w/s and everything appears to be correct. I would gladly entertain any thoughts on this.

how often does it happen? is it sudden while a user is working or only when the workstation has been idle for a while. I've had similiar experiences where power management was to blame. The pc would be idle and go into standby, kicking it off the network.
