To get a word count:
In Word Perfect:

Go to File, Click on Document Information. The word count will
appear.

In Word:

Go to Tools, Click on Word Count. It will show the word count.
To Print a Word Count:
In either Word or Word Perfect, press "Print Screen," then hit the "x" on the
top right corner of the dialogue box (so it goes away). Click the new document
icon (or File-New) and hit Ctrl-V. The dialogue box with the word count will
appear. Then print that page as you would any other page.

Please don't reply. This isn't a Word Perfect Forum, it's for Windows 2000 Support.

Glen but it is a Windows 2000 forum which she has. So no big deal if she has a question.

Actually it is. Its a forum for Windows 2000 support. Not the applications that run on it. With your logic there would be questions on every game, application, or anything that runs on Windows 2000. People come here for a specific reason - tech support. Not to wade through a ton of questions about word count in Word Perfect. The point is, its rude to post questions and reply to question that don't pertain to the topic.
