won't shut down, keeps restarting?

Hi ya,

I have a really annoying machine, whenever I go to shut it down, it goes through the correct procedure but when most machines turn off this one starts up again!?!?

Any ideas! Thanks in advance!!

rt click on desktop > PROPERTIES > SCREEN SAVER > POWER > APM

uncheck Enable Advanced Power Management support... it wrkd for me...
